David A. Wilson, CMCA, AMS
Mr. Wilson serves as chief operating
officer and oversees day-to-day activities of certain communities,
as well as providing overall direction and coordination for
the company and its programs for serving communities.
Mr. Wilson brings two decades
of property management experience, industry education and
achievements to provide outstanding service to the communities
we serve. Mr. Wilson has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations
and that of Association Manager Specialist by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.
James H. Winter
Mr. Winter serves as a community
manager and oversees day-to-day activities of certain communities,
as well as directing future planning and expansion. He is
one of the original founders of Select Management which was
incorporated in 1986. He is a licensed real estate broker
and is educated in Property Management by the Community Association
Institute. A native of Detroit, Mr. Winter is active in a
number of civic and professional organizations.
Mr. Winter brings all of his
education and experience together, blending Hospitality and
Community Association experience. He assess the needs of our
clients, and creates solutions
to provide exceptional service.
Mark H. Hawley, CPA, CHA
Mr. Hawley is responsible for
the administrative and financial operations of Select Management,
as well as those communities currently managed.
Mr. Hawley holds a bachelor
of science degree from Western Kentucky University and a master
of accountancy from Bowling Green University. He is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida, a Certified
Hotel Administrator (CHA) and a licensed real estate sales
executive.
